Getting to know the machine
Range of
application
This product is classified as replaceable equipment in accordance
with EC directive 2006/42/EC.
The machine is a two-wheel rake, which is suitable only for the raking
together of mown, stalked material (for example, hay or straw).
Proper use
Any other use, for example, for silo distribution, any form of soil prep-
aration, road sweeping or for the transmission of power to other
machines, is not permitted. The manufacturer and dealers are not
liable for damage caused by improper use. The risk is borne solely by
the user.
Features
Flexible in operation
This side rake, which has a working width of approximately 7.40
metres, meets all the requirements of modern crop harvesting engi-
neering. All the important functions for field use are controlled during
operation.
The following functions can be set:

Individual working depth of both rotors.
•
Swath width.
•
Single rotor operation through manual changeover.
•
Optional single rotor operation with hydraulic single lift [+].
•
Optional crop processing in two single swaths with night swath
equipment.
The rake can be pulled by tractors of 40 kW (54 hp) or more.
Extensive range of equipment
The machine has a low-maintenance gear box and 12 tine arms on the
front rotor each with 4 tines and 13 tine arms on the rear rotor each
with 5 tines. The cranked tines achieve an excellent raking quality.
The “TerraLink” support ensures outstanding adjustment to the
contours of the ground.
Easy changeover from work to transport position
The rake is easily changed over from the work to the transport
position. Hydraulic cylinders lift the rotors into the transport position to
maintain the transport width of less than 3.0 m.
