About the Tool Kit

A Tool Kit is provide with each machine.

Kval

recommends to torque the collet to the recom

mended values.

See “Collet Torque Values” on page 5-26

Location of Tools in the Carriages

This section describes the steps to change the pre-drill bits, router bits, deep mortise and chisels.

The next Figures show the locations of the tools on the Hinge Carriages.and the Lock Carriage.

This machine is a powerful electro-mechanical

motion control system. If servicing this machine, fol

low the safety guidelines. Failure to do so can result in

damage to equipment and/or serious injury to person
