Connection plate on the machine
The connection plate allows uses to adapter the cell (1)
and declutch (2) connections quickly when changing the
machine configuration.
The numbers of the connectors on the connection plate
match the numbers on the boxes.
The two left-hand rows 1 are for the cells.
The two right-hand rows (2) match the declutching
mechanisms.
If the number of rows on the machine is changed :
- change the wiring for the rows on the connection
plate.
Example :
Removing row N° 4 on an 8-row machine for a new 7-row
seed drill machine configuration :
- disconnect row 4 from the panel
- wire rows 5, 6, 7 and 8 to positions 4, 5, 6, 7
The initial row 4 must stay disconnected from the panel.
When switching on, the KMS208 will detect 7 rows
(LEDs 1 to 7 on).
For a machine equipped with declutching mechanisms,
changing 2-pin connections on the connection plage
must follow the same logic.
Unwired rows must be connected with a plug (provided)
to prevent the electrical contacts from being damaged.
