OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT

1) BOGIE AXLE KIT (photo 38)

(Kit no 114 6560)

This equipment is recommended for improved floatation when operating on irregular grounds. It helps
stabilising the machine at high speed thereby reducing the load placed on structural components.

To fit the bogie axle kit, refer to the fitting instructions no L8009690 delivered with the equipment.

2) COMPLEMENTARY AXLE KIT (photo 39)
(Equipment no. 1146530 for GA  6000 fitted with a standard 2 wheel undercarriage)

This equipment is recommended for improved directional stability when working on hillsides. The stabilising
undercarriage is effective when the machine is lowered in working position. It is therefore recommended to keep
the machine lowered in working position when making headland turns on hillsides.
To fit the complementary axle kit, refer to the fitting instructions no L8003731 supplied with the equipment.

3) COMPLEMENTARY AXLE KIT WITHOUT WHEELS (photo 39)
(Equipment no.1146540 for GA  6000 fitted with bogie axles)

This equipment is recommended for improved directional stability when working on hillsides. The stabilising
undercarriage is effective when the machine is lowered in working position. It is therefore recommended to keep
the machine lowered in working position when making headland turns on hillsides.
To install the complementary axle kit supplied without wheels, refer to the fitting instruction no. L8006611 supplied
with the equipment.

4) COUPLING CLEVIS KIT

(Kit no 114 6260)

This equipment is recommended for coupling the GA 6000 to tractors whose pull bar is not equipped with a
hammer strap. This kit includes a coupling clevis and an SMV emblem mounting bracket.
To fit the coupling clevis kit, refer to the fitting instructions no 079 138 10 delivered with the equipment.

5) SAFETY CHAIN (for North America) (Kit No K8004870)

A ANSI / ASAE 338.4 safety chain with a minimum ultimate system strength of 45kN (10,100 lbf)  is supplied
as standard equipment with all towed machines for North America (USA and Canada).
Use this chain (C) (photo 40) when towing the rake on a public road. It is intended to keep the machine under control
in the event of a loss or failure of the hitch pin (G) (photo 40).

6) PTO SHAFT WITH FREE-WHEEL (No. 4600 339)

A primary constant velocity PTO shaft  1 3/8" 6 splines with torque limiter and free wheel (to be mounted
on machine side) is available as an optional equipment.
