OPERATION
The GA 6000 must never be operated at a PTO speed (rotational frequency) above 540 rpm (min -1 ) (see figure 24).
The best results can be obtained with a rotating speed (rotational frequency) between 420 and 450 rpm (min -1 ).
Depending on crop density, the machine can make single (fig. 25) or double windrows (fig. 26).
FORWARD SPEED
Forward speed must be determined in accordance with quantity of crop, type of terrain, etc. It is recommended to
always operate at a lower speed when working in difficult conditions, however it is not possible to recommend specific
speeds, these must be determined by the operator under the prevailing conditions.
