11. - Troubleshooting guide

KN041BGB A

Mower conditioner

- Shut-off valve using 18 box wrench supplied with

the machine.

- Activate the tractor double acting valve in the

headland turn position direction.

In headland turn position:

• The distance between hitch pin axis and

the ground must be of (550 mm (1’10’’).

- Activate the tractor’s dual-action distributor to

lower the mowing unit to the ground.

- The manometer must display a pressure of 85 bar

(1233 psi).

If this is not the case:

- Open the valve using 18 box spanner supplied

with the machine.

- (a): Operate floatation single acting valve to

increase or reduce the pressure in the circuit.

- (b): Adjust hydraulic circuit to 85 bar (1233 psi).
