Mower conditioner

Excessive mowing-
conditioning unit lateral
oscillation in transport
position.

Incorrect transport stop
adjustment.

Readjust transport stop.



Problem

Not possible to place the machine in "headland
turn" position.

The set ground pressure varies and decreases
during the following handling operations:

• Setting from headland turn into work position and

vice versa.



Cause

Air in the hydraulic circuit.

The hydraulic circuit had not been
pressurized correctly before attempting
to place the machine in headland turn
position.



Remedy

Reset of the lift pump

Stage 1:

- Place the machine in working position.
- Place double acting valve controlling the machine

locking/unlocking in floating position.

Connect hydraulic hose (1) of the floatation

system to a single acting valve.


