11. - Troubleshooting guide

Mower conditioner

Stage 2:

- Open the valve using 18 box spanner supplied

with the machine.

- Fully lift tractor lift linkage.

- (a): Operate tractor single acting valve to increase

the pressure in the circuit.

- (b): Inflate the hydraulic circuit to 180 - 200 bar

(2610 - 2900 psi.

- (c): Operate the single acting valve to reduce the

pressure to 0 bar.

- To bleed the air out of the circuit, repeat procedure

(a-b-c) 3 times.

- Lower the tractor lift linkage in working position

(550 mm (1’10’’).

- Activate the tractor’s dual-action distributor to

lower the mowing unit to the ground.

- Operate tractor single acting valve to increase the

pressure in the circuit.

- Inflate the hydraulic circuit to 85 bar (1233 psi).
