Trouble shooting guide

Silo unloader - Straw spreader - Mixer - Distributor

ALTOR 7560

The arm descends too slowly
or too fast or the hook does
not move when the arm
descends

The arm cylinder speed limiter is
too closed or too open

The speed of descent of the arm can
be adjusted via the speed limiter (1)
under the machine's left-hand casing.

Be careful, lowering the arm too fast
can damage the rubber stops on the
body.

The chute is moving too
slowly, impossible or too fast

Speed limiter too far closed or
too far open

Adjust the speed limiters.

The chute is moving too
slowly or impossible

The machine is empty or nearly
empty and the distribution
conveyor is running

Stop the conveyor to move the chute.
