Operating tips
- To make it easier for the bale separators to feed the
turbine, turn the bale freely as the bale separators do
their work.
- Reduce engine speed when feeding is over to limit
projections.
During feeding, raise the back of the body in order to:
• Place round bales against the bale separators when
the product does not require a lot of power.
• Facilitate rotation of the round bale against the bale
separators when the product is more resistant.
- The conveyor speed is set at the control box
according to the forward speed and product
distribution criteria and the type of product.
- If you are using it with 2 round bales, make sure the
first bale is rotating freely before starting up the bale
separators and conveyor. Reverse the conveyor if
necessary.
It is not recommended to distribute hay in
cubic bales using this machine: major risk of
blockage.
Be careful of the direction of rotation of the
bale separators and conveyor. A loaded
machine running for too long in reverse gear
can be seriously damaged.
