Bleeding the fuel system

To bleed the fuel system, move the starter switch to the RUN position.

The electrical fuel pump will bleed the fuel system automatically within approx. 60 s.

If the bleeding was insufficient, the engine will stop again. In this case repeat the procedure.

If the fuel tank was run empty or if work was performed on the fuel system, then the fuel system has 
to be bled.

If the bleeding isn't successful, press the engine's 
priming pump (1) repeatedly (10 to 30 times) until 
there is a noticeable resistance.
