Determining the Identifier
When using the Predefined Master/Slave Connection Set, the Information
Identifiers are calculated as follows:
The last 6 bits of the node-ID (01h...3Fh/01...63) are used as an offset on the
Base Identifier.
The Base Identifier can be found in the following table:
