22.0 Service plan.
Every day
1.
Visually watch if everything runs as desired either by go to the boiler room or by watching the
boiler on the web control.
2.
As required empty the ash bin.
3.
Control the fuel stock.
Every week
1.
Clean the sensor on the fire damper with a soft sponge.
2.
Clean the sensor by the transverse screw by the hydraulic Hydraulic moving floor.
3.
Control the water flow on the boiler.
Every month
1.
Check the oil on the hydraulic plant.
2.
Check if the smoke pipe cleaner is operating. To do so please use the test system.
3.
Check that the ash in the multicyclone is not bridging in the bottom.
4.
Please not how the smoke fan is running: For how long and is the vaccum kept in the boiler.
Clean as required (chapter 16.8).
5.
Blow the tube to the vaccum measurer for dust / dirt
6.
Check if the moving floor is running as desired (use the test function).
7.
Grease the bearing in the bottom for the lifting screw.
Major overhaul once pro year
1.
Remove and clean the smoke fan
2.
Remove the smoke spirals and clean the smoke pipe perfectly
3.
Clean the canal by the moving floor and check for damage
4.
Grease all bearings connected to the moving floor and fire fire grates
5.
Check the ash screws for damage
6.
Check the stoker screws for damage
7.
All fan wheels must be cleaned for dust
8.
Check and calibrate the O2 sensor (O2 sensor)
9.
Check the mouldings in the fire damper and replace them if necessary
10.
The packing rope in all the doors is checked and replaced ad required.
11.
The air nozzles are removed and cleaned
12.
The fire resistant stones are removed and checked for cracks and replaced as desired
Major overhaul every 2. year
1.
Change oil on the hydraulic plant.
