Die Gasrohrbrenner sind im oberen Teil des Gerätegehäuses untergebracht und erhitzen das Grillgut von
unten.
Gas-Luft-Gemische werden an den Rohrbrennern entzündet und erzeugen durch die entstehenden Flam-
men eine entsprechende Wärmeabstrahlung.
Durch die aufgesetzten Flammschutzbleche (entfallen bei Elektroausführung) wird verhindert, dass Fett in
die Düsenöffnungen tropft.
Die im Gerät befindlichen Wannen müssen mit Wasser befüllt werden. Dieses dient dazu, daß herabtropfen-
des Fett nirgends festbrennen kann und sich somit kein Rauch entwickelt.
Außerdem beeinflußt der aufsteigende kaum wahrnehmbare Wasserdampf das Grillgut positiv.

General description for all sizes
The gas pipe burners are located in the upper part of the device body and heat the food on the grill from be-
low.
Gas/air mixtures are ignited in the pipe burners and radiate heat from the resulting flames.
The installed flame protection shields prevent grease from dripping into the nozzle openings (omitted in elec-
tric models).
The pans installed in the device have to be filled with water so that dripping grease will not burn in anywhere
and thus no smoke is generated.
Furthermore the barely visible rising water vapor has a positive effect on the food on the grill .
