✘
-
-
-
-
-
-
-
- No voltage
Check mains fuses, mains voltage and
operating status of the frequency
inverter
✘
-
-
-
-
-
-
-
- Phase failure in frequency inverter
Check phase and reinsert fuse if required
✘
-
-
-
-
-
-
-
- Mains cables connected incorrectly/
Fault in supply line
Check wiring
✘
-
-
-
-
-
-
-
- Mains fuse rating too small for frequency
inverter input current
Observe connected loads from the
project planning information for the
frequency inverter and observe
VDE 0100 requirements.
✘
-
-
-
-
-
-
-
- Permissible voltage range undershot/
exceeded
Check output voltage of frequency
inverter and operate drive using
required voltage.
✘
-
-
-
-
-
-
-
- No enable
Insert bridge in frequency inverter/
safeguard enable via field bus.
✘
-
-
-
-
-
-
-
- No setpoint signal (internal/external)
Check setpoint signal (internal/external);
setpoint must exceed actual value.
✘
-
-
-
-
-
-
-
- Sensor (signal) fault
Check sensor and sensor cable.
✘
-
-
-
-
-
-
-
- Short circuit on control cables
Check/replace the control cables/
connections.
✘
-
-
-
-
-
-
-
- 24 V supply overloaded
De-energise drive and rectify overload in
24 V supply circuit.
✘ ✘
-
-
-
-
-
-
- Driven machine is blocked
Manually clear the blockage from the
driven machine, observe the instructions
in the operating manual of the driven
machine.
-
✘ ✘
-
-
-
-
-
- Standard behaviour of control algorithm
High-frequency humming noise emitted
at up to 50 percent of the nominal speed
is part of the standard behaviour of the
drive.
