Keep all jack surfaces and warning labels clean.

Check and maintain the ram oil level
Three Month Maintenance
At three monthly intervals, check the pump for any signs of rust or corrosion. Clean the pump as
required and wipe with an oil cloth.
Oil level
Oil need for the jack : The correct oil level should be 10mm under the oil hole. If the oil level is lower
than 10mm under the oil hole, please add enough oil.
IMPORTANT : When adding or replacing oil, always use a good grade of hydraulic jack oil,
transmission oil or turbine oil and always avoid mixing different types of oil.
Never use brake fluid, alcohol, glycerin, detergent motor oil or dirty oil of any kind.
Improper oil usage will cause serious internal damage to jack.
Adding oil : With ram fully lowered and jack on level ground, remove oil fill plug. Add oil if level
is more than 1 /2' below hole replace cover plate.
Replacing oil : Oil should be replaced at least once every year. To drain oil, remove cover plate,
oil filler plug and release valve. Be VERY CAREFUL do not allow dirt or any foreign matter into the
system.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM PURGING
1. Open the release valve by turning it two full turns counter-clockwise.
2. Pump the handle four full strokes minimum quickly.
3. Close the release valve by turning it clockwise.
4. Pumping the handle with full strokes to check if it can reach the maximum height by ten
pumps.
