Checking the screw connections on the steerer tubes

Check whether a tine is detached.

ð

If no tine is detached, everything is OK.

ð

If a tine is detached, it must be re-attached.

Gently move the ends of the tines against the direction of rotation and tighten the nuts to a
tightening torque of M

A

=95 Nm.

Checking the screw connections on the steerer tubes

WARNING

Risk of injury or damage to the machine caused by connection lines that are not
tightened properly

If the screw connections of the mounted components are not correctly tightened to the
prescribed tightening torque, the screw connections and the components may become loose
inadvertently. This can lead to serious accidents and damage to the machine.

Before initial commissioning, check that all screw connections are tight and tighten to the
specified tightening torque.
