Using the machine for work

Move border spreading system into basic position (centre driving),

.

Switch off the PTO shaft.

Raise the external rotors until the locks (2) on right and left are completely engaged (visual
inspection).

INFO

The lock is properly engaged when the white label (3) can no longer be seen from the tractor.

Attach the operating cable (1) to the tractor. Ensure that the operating cable (1) does not
touch the tractor wheels and is not under tension.

Apply pressure to the hydraulic cylinders of outrigger arms and then move the hydraulic
control unit into neutral position (hydraulic cylinders locked).

Shut down and safeguard the machine,

.

Close the stop cock.

Raise the machine via the rear hydraulics.

Ensure adequate ground clearance.

Using the machine for work

WARNING

Danger to life due to incorrect drive speed

If the drive speed is too high, people may be seriously or fatally injured.

The machine is driven at a maximum PTO speed of 540 rpm.

It is recommended to work at a drive speed between 350-450 rpm.

Machine damage due to incorrect setting of the control unit/control units on the tractor

Machine may be damaged due to incorrect setting of the control unit/control units on the
tractor.

Set the control unit/control units of the tractor to float position when using the machine for
work.
