Basic Settings and Operation

5.10 Bale Counter

Basic/medium

The bale counter (1) is attached to the left-hand side of
the machine behind the front side plates. Each
time the tailgate opens, the bale counter is activated.
The bale counter can be reset with the knurled screw
(2).

5.11 Clamping the Floor Conveyor

(COMPRIMA F125)

COMPRIMA F125

The rear floor conveyor can be retensioned with the set
screw (1). The floor conveyor is correctly pre-tensioned
when the tension lever (2) a = about 5 mm is raised up
from the groove (4) of the support (3).

Adjusting the floor conveyor
To do this:
•

Loosen the screws (5)

•

Raise the support (3) with the set screw (1) until
dimension a = about 5 mm between the tension lever
(2) and the groove (4).

•

Tighten the screws (5)

The screws (5) can also be moved to
position „c“ if necessary.

Dimension „b“ from the inside of one eyelet to the next
must be between 480 and 490 mm when clamping lever (2)
is raised approximately a = 5 mm from the recess (4) on
the support (3). Dimension „b“ must not be changed.

Dimension „d“ from the inside of one eyelet to the next is
440 mm and must not be changed
