7.4 Operational Readiness

Switching on

•

Press the

key.

A brief self-test follows provided the power supply
has been properly connected.
- all LEDs light up briefly
- A horn is sounded
- All LEDs are extinguished and after a brief period
the following indicator lights come on:

•

Pilot light (1) lights up

•

Pilot light (7) lights up

•

Pilot light (4) lights up (with preselected net
wrapping) or pilot light (5) lights up with
preselected twine tying)

•

Pilot lamp (9) lit

The control unit is now ready for operation

After the control unit is switched on
the manual mode is always activated
first and the pick-up is preselected.
The preset automatic blocking time
(see Chapter „Automatic Blocking
Time Setting“) runs synonymously
program-internally. During automatic
blocking time, the horn is not
activated for „Bale chamber full“.

7.4.1 Setting Net Winds

Read off the set value on the bar graph (11).

Please refer to the following table for the assignment
of bale size, set level and number of net winds.
