Using a Linked Cloud Storage Service

VIA Capmus², VIA Campus² PLUS

enables you to link your cloud storage service (Google

Drive, Drobox or OneDrive) account to Kramer VIA app. You can then enjoy full access to
your online documents and upload VIA content to your cloud storage.

This feature is available for mobile devices only.

Linking Cloud Storage Service

The first time you use this feature you must first link the cloud storage service to VIA.

To link your cloud storage service to VIA:

1. On the VIA dashboard, tap

Features

The Features tab appears

2. Tap the desired cloud storage service.

You are directed to log in to your service.

3. Follow the directions to log in and complete the linking procedure.

The cloud storage service is linked to VIA and the files appear.

To unlink your cloud storage service, click

Unlink

Using Content from Linked Cloud Storage Service

To use content from your linked cloud storage service:

1. In the Features tab, tap your cloud storage service.

Your files appear.

2. Tap a file from your cloud service and select one of the following options:

Open

– Open the file on your screen and “Present” to share it on the main display.

▪

Download

– Create a copy of your online file to easily access it from your VIA

Multimedia Feature.

▪

Share

– Share the selected file using your preferred mailing service.
