Opening File on Main Screen

VIA Capmus², VIA Campus² PLUS

enables you to open a file from your computer on the

main display.

To open a file on the main display:

1. On the Dashboard, click

Features

Files

-OR-

Click

Participants

and click the

File Share

icon for the viaadmin participant.

A dialog box appears.

2. Click

Open file on VIA

The file opens on the main display to view and edit.

Accessing VIA Capmus², VIA Campus² PLUS Files

VIA Capmus², VIA Campus² PLUS

enables you to open or download files that were saved to

your

VIA Capmus²

, VIA Campus² PLUS

internal memory.

To access VIA Capmus², VIA Campus² PLUS files:

1. On the Dashboard, click

Files

A dialog box appears.

2. Click

Download file from VIA

The

VIA Capmus²

, VIA Campus² PLUS

file browser

window

appears on your device.

3. Click the download icon from the Actions column for the relevant file.

A file browser on your device opens.

4. Select the folder to which you want to download the file and click Open.

The file is downloaded from

VIA Capmus²

, VIA Campus² PLUS to your device.
