Always make sure to adhere to the minimum (800 ml)
and maximum filling (1.3 L) level inside the fondue pot.
3. For oil and broth based fondues insert the splash guard
with fork holders (2). When preparing a cheese or chocolate
fondue, inserting the splash guard (2) is not necessary.
4. Fully unwind the power cord (8). connect the appliance to a
properly installed and easily accessible wall socket.
5. Switch the appliance on by turning the temperature control
(6) to the right. the indicator light (7) lights up.
Note:
During operation, an integrated thermostat switches
the appliance on and off to ensure a constant temperature.
this is indicated by the indicator light cycling on and off.
6. Set the temperature control (6) to the highest level (Max).
the heating up process starts. Once the appliance has
reached the resp. temperature, the indicator light goes out
(7).
Attention:
the temperature control (6) is continuously variable.
7. If required, reset the temperature with the temperature
control (6). Depending on the filling level and the type of
cooking liquid used, the perfect temperature setting may
vary.
After having used the fondue set for a few times, you will have
found the perfect temperature setting to suit your taste.
Note:
the cooking liquid needs to be hot but not boiling.
Cooking
Make sure that the fondue pot sits properly on the
centre of the base. The appliance must not be moved
during operation.
