4.3 CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
The container should be cleaned and dried after each use as follows. Lack of or improper care of the device
can impair the functional efficiency of the blender.
The power cord, appliance plug and motor (9) must not come into contact with water.
Beware of sharp blades when cleaning the blade insert and cleaning the inside of the container.
1. Before cleaning, switch off the appliance and disconnect the plug (15) from the socket.
2. Cleaning the container: Fill the container (5) with clean water, press the pulse control (13) for 10 seconds.
Then switch off the appliance and rinse it with water.
3. Wipe the jar (5) and the lid (2) with a sponge or cloth and dry them thoroughly to prevent odours or
bacteria from developing.
4. Do not put your hands into the jar to clean the blades. The blades are very sharp and can cause injuries.
Risk of injury!
Only clean the blades (4) carefully with a sponge or thick cloth.
5. Use a dry cloth to wipe the base (9) and the noise cover (8).
5. TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM SOLUTION
The blender exhibits noticeably high noise
and/or vibration.
Check for loose, damaged or missing components in the blade
assembly and contact the manufacturer for replacements.
Liquid leaks from the bottom of the
blender jar when full.
The unit will not turn on. Make sure the appliance plug is properly connected to the
outlet. Check that the switches are clean and moveable.
The overheat protection may be blocking further operation.
Let the unit cool down before using it again.
Noticeable noise in the area of the blade
insert.
The rotator on the underside of the container may be
defective. Check the material for fine cracks and worn teeth.
Contact the manufacturer for replacement parts.
The blades do not move/do not move
smoothly.
The timer wheel has fallen off. There is a small screw on the wheel that may get loose. Please
adjust the wheel back to the proper size and tighten the screw.
6. WARRANTY
6.1 WARRANTY
Our products are subject to the legal warranty of 2 years. Claims beyond this period can only be processed in
conjunction with the proof of purchase. Active parts exclude a warranty claim in the case of normal wear and
tear. The service life depends on the respective treatment and use of the products and is therefore variable.
Two years warranty is guaranteed by the manufacturer.

DISPOSAL OF THE PRODUCT (WEEE)
Waste electrical equipment must not be disposed of with household waste!
The European Directive 2012/19/EU applies to this product and it must not be disposed of with
normal household waste. Inform yourself about the local regulations for separate collection of
electrical and electronic equipment. Follow the local regulations and do not dispose of old devices
with household waste. Disposing of old equipment in accordance with the regulations will protect
the environment and the health of others from possible negative consequences. Material recycling
helps to reduce the consumption of raw materials.
