Before using the bread maker for the first time
1.
Unpack carefully your bread maker. Remove or store all packaging materials for reuse.
2.
Remove the bread pan. Clean the walls of the baking chamber with a soft cloth or a sponge.
Do not use abrasive detergents, since they could damage the baking chamber.
3.
Wash the bread pan with water and soap, rinse and dry it.
4.
Grease the pan and put it back in the backing chamber and let it blind bake for ca. 10
minutes. Clean it again.
5.
Replace the pan in the baking chamber and place the kneading hook on the central drive
shaft. The bread maker is ready for use.
Using the bread maker
Before using the bread maker for the first time read all the instruction and make sure that the
electric voltage of your household corresponds to the specifications on the label of the appliance.
1.
Plug the bread maker into an outlet. Once connected the bread maker will beep and shortly
afterwards the flashing sign
“
3:00
”
will appear on the display.
2.
The bread maker is ready for use and automatically set up on program "I" (basic position),
but the program did not start yet.
Functions
Program Menu
Press to select the baking mode. Clicking this button (you will hear an acoustic signal) the
program will change. The selected program will be displayed on the LCD screen. The bread
maker has 12 programs.
Crust Color
Press to select the crust color: light, medium, dark.
Loaf
Press to select loaf size according to the recipe.
