Switching to Remote Mode

To transfer data between the instrument and the PC, the instrument must be switched to remote mode.
To switch to remote mode, follow the procedure given below.

[Setting Procedure]

Make sure that power to the instrument is turned OFF.

1. Connect the instrument to the PC with the RS-232C cable.

2. Turn the power ON.

• When the power is turned ON for the 

first time, the <INITIAL> screen will 
appear.

• Normally, the screen displayed just 

before the power was turned OFF will 
appear, so turn the navigation wheel 
to display the <INITIAL> screen.
