SOFTWARE CONFIGURATION WITH

FILE
The program uses a file INI named "TestSAV.ini". Structure of this file respect Windows standard.
In the event of error or corruption of this file it is enough to remove it. At next start the software will
recreate it with the original configuration.
This file can be modified with "Notepad" and allow specific configurations:
• Item [defaultscanner]
This section memorizes the scanner used by defect: not modify it manually (write is made
automatically during the selection of the scanner in the software).
• Item [Test]
This section allows activating or disabling tests:
A value "True" makes the test active (and visible in select box)
A value "False" makes the test disable (and not visible in the select box)
Caution - The words True and False are sensitive to upper/lower case
• Item [ Lang ]
This section defines the language used at start up: not to modify it manually (write is made
automatically at selection of the language in the software.
• Item [ English
]
This section defines all the strings posted in English. Not to be modified.
• Item [ French ]
This section defines all the strings posted in French. Not to be modified.
• Item [ Other ]
This section makes it possible to translate the software into any language: It is enough to write
the translation of the strings behind "=".
The choice of the third language will display these translations in place of French or English

Step 1 : Start Makalu_210
At start up the following window opens.
Remark(s): The configuration menu allow to choose the language and the scanner
The Help menu give access to Help file
• Click on Configuration , then on Scanner
