Registering the SMB server

If you want to send the scanned data to the SMB server, you can register the
destination SMB server. The registration is done in the following steps.

Registering the SMB server

At maximum, 30 SMB servers can be registered.

[SMB] can be also registered using the Web Connection.
Refer to the “To register new destinations (SMB)” on page 6-29 for the
method to use the Web Connection.

Select [SCAN] tab.

Press [SMB].

Press [Register/Edit].
