RESIDUAL HEAT INDICATOR
Each cooking zone has its indicator lamp which lights up when the relevant zone is hot. The
lamp goes off when the cooking zone cools down (below 60
°
C). The residual heat indicator
may light up if a hot saucepan is placed on a cooking zone which has not been in operation.
OVEN OPERATION
Attention! Be careful not to touch the heating elements while the oven
is in operation to avoid the risk of burns !
When using the oven for the first time, before putting the food in, let the empty oven heat-up
for 30 minutes to burn out various products used in the manufacture and eliminate unpleasant
smell. Set the temperature control knob to MAX , and the baking mode selector knob .
Ventilate the room. Let the oven cool down. Then clean the oven with warm water and a little
of dishwashing liquid. This oven is designed for several operating modes.
