away from the oven and keep your children away from the oven.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Always make sure that the cooker is disconnected from the power
supply before cleaning. Do not clean the oven with a high pressure
steam unit, because it may cause a short circuit and damage the
cooker.
For the cleaning of enamelled, chrome-plated and glass surfaces use warm water, a
commercial cleaner and soft cloth.
For the cleaning of stainless steel surface, use a cleaner specially designed for that purpose.
Do not use abrasive products or sharp tools for cleaning to avoid damages to enamelled,
painted and stainless steel surfaces. When using detergents and special cleaners, strictly
follow the manufacturer’s dosing instructions and take care of the environment.
Heating plate cleaning
Clean the heating plates with a wet cloth and then wipe them with a dry cloth.
Spilled over liquids and salt should be wiped off immediately!
Use only the saucepans with dry bottom. Never put wet objects on hot plates. Boiled-over food
should be wiped off immediately - otherwise it will burn on the surface.
When the plate coating wears out over time, smear it with oil or with a commercial product
specially designed for that purpose. Rub the stainless steel rims of the heating plate with a
cloth soaked with warm water and vinegar to restore their shine. Never use butter, bacon or
similar products for that purpose, because they can cause corrosion of the plates.
Due to high temperatures, the stainless steel rims of the heating plates may turn yellowish.
This physical change can be partly removed with products commonly used for stainless steel
care.
Claims for changed rim colour are not acceptable!
