Drain plug (P) is seen at the upper position.

Pull out dipstick (G).
5.
Remove drain plug (9) and drain the oil.
6.
After draining the oil, tighten drain plug (P).
7.
Add oil through the insertion hole of dipstick (G).

After adding oil, insert dipstick (G)

Remove all dirt from breather (6), then wash it in clean die-
sel fuel or flushing oil.
If it cannot be cleaned well, replace it with a new one.
10. Install undercover (3) and close side covers (L.H.) (1) and
(2).

WARNING
• Immediately after the engine is stopped, its parts and oil are still very hot and may cause burn in-
jury. Accordingly, wait until they have cooled down before starting the work.
• When removing the oil filler cap, the oil may spout out. Turn it slowly to release the internal pres-
sure, then remove it.
• Refill capacity: 95 ℓ

Stop the machine on a level place.
2.
Set the machine in the posture shown below for checking the oil level, and stop the engine.

Lower blade (a) so that the tilt cylinder length is the value
in the table below.
Lower ripper (b) to the ground with the pin at the bottom
so that the length of each cylinder is the value in the table
below.
