Clean the surface of the flatbed glass with the roller cleaning paper and remove any dirt. If
required, clean the surface of the flatbed sheet.

Use the blower accessory to blow off any dirt that may have accumulated in the area of the
document cover detector.

Close the document cover.

•

Gently close the document cover and do not slam the cover.

Lower the feeder tray to its original position.
