Choosing a Paper Type in Printer Properties
For best print quality, specify the type of paper you are using in your printer.

Open Printer Properties . For help, page 39.

Select the Document/Quality tab.

Select a Paper Type from the following table:
Printing tips
•
For best print quality, print with a color and photo cartridge
combination.
•
When printing photos or transparencies, remove each page as it
exits the printer and allow it to dry before stacking.
•
When printing iron-on transfers, first verify your image by printing
on plain paper.
Printing on custom size sheets
You can print on non-standard size sheets.

Open Printer Properties . For help, see page 39.

Select the Paper tab.

From the list of Paper Sizes, scroll to select Custom .

Enter the dimensions for your custom paper. For help, see
page 38.
Select this Paper Type: To print on this kind of paper:
KODAK Premium Picture
Paper Ultra glossy photo paper
Plain Paper Typical xerographic paper
Transparency Transparencies
Iron-On Transfer T-shirt transfer
