7.6 Replacing the coolant

Replace coolant daily.

Hold the pipe in the rear of the water trough
horizontally for emptying.

Use clean tap water without additives for the
coolant.

ATTENTION

Do not operate the machine without coolant.
This may damage the hand knives.
