5.4.1
BREAKSAFE
The transparent filter disks are secured with a BREAKSAFE device.
If one of these transparent filter disks breaks, the electric circuit is
interrupted and the device can only be restarted once the filter disk
has been replaced. The XTT filter disks (mirrored) must be visually
inspected.

Changing the high-intensity lamp

Removing the high-intensity lamp

Pull the quick-lock (

) downwards on the appropriate
housing.

Caution! The pane retainer (

) lowers by approximately
15 degrees.

Hold the pane retainer (

) with both hands and lift it
slightly towards the device body.

The pins (

) slip from their anchorage (

Pull the pane retainer forward with both hands.

Hold the high-intensity lamp (

) by the rectangular base
and remove it from the socket.
Cleaning the reflector

Clean the reflector (

) using a clean cloth dampened
with alcohol.
Installing the high-intensity lamp
1.
Hold the new high-intensity lamp (

) by the base.
2.
Insert the high-intensity lamp into the socket.
