By-Pass
Mode Display
Unit is running in By-Pass mode. Both AC Output Hardwire and AC Output Socket are
connected to AC Input Source.
- AC Charger is enabled and will charge the battery, battery icon shows Battery
Charging stage.
- Inverter is disable.
- Display shows battery voltage, DC Charging current, AC Input Power.

‘Power’ indicator – On.

‘AC Output’ indicator – On (AC Output Switch is turned On, AC Output is On).

‘AC Output’ indicator – Off (AC Output Switch is turned Off, AC Output is Off).
Note: Press and hold ‘ESCAPE’ button for 5 seconds to toggle AC Output Switch
On/Off.

‘Status’ indicator – solid green (battery is fully charged) or flashing (battery charging is
in progress).
Note: ‘Power’ button function is disabled in this stage.
Blackout
Display
When a blackout occurs, Unit will not provide AC Backup. Display remains On for 10
seconds with the following appearance:
- Display shows battery voltage, DC Current discharge from battery (0A), AC Output
Power (0W)
- Battery icon shows estimated battery capacity.
- Inverter is disabled.

‘Power’ indicator – On.

‘AC Output’ indicator – Off (AC Output is not available due to the inverter is set to Off.)

‘Status’ indicator – Off.
After 10 seconds, Display and unit will turn Off.
Press and hold the ‘Power’ button for 1 second to turn On the display to check the
battery status.
If AC Input Source is detected, unit will switch back to By-Pass Mode automatically in
about 10 seconds. During the 10 second period,
‘Power’ indicator turns On and ‘Status’
indicator remains Off.

Inverter Only: (Unit is running as inverter only, no By-Pass function)

This setting is specially designed so that the AC load connected to AC Output is always getting clean
sinewave power from the inverter. When this mode is used, a separate AC Charger or other battery
charging source is required to charge the battery.
Inverter is
turned On.
No AC Input
Source
If AC Output is required, press and hold the ‘Power’ button for one second to turn On the
Inverter. This function is not affected by the AC Input Source.
- Display shows battery voltage, DC Current discharge from battery, AC Output Power.
- Battery icon shows estimated battery capacity.

‘AC Output’ indicator – Off (AC Output Switch is turned Off, AC Output is Off).

Note: ‘Power’ button can be used to turn inverter Off and On

If AC Output is required, press and hold the
‘Power’ button for one second to turn On the
Inverter.
With AC Input Source detected, the
‘AC Input’ icons will be shown on the
display but AC Output is still provided by the Inverter.
