12 Bluetooth
Bluetooth technology allows you to connect the handset to a compatible
device with Bluetooth connectivity within 30 feet (10 meters).
12.1 Turning Bluetooth On
To use Bluetooth technology, you must turn Bluetooth on.

12.3 Setting Up a Bluetooth Connection
When setting up a Bluetooth connection, you will need to search for com-
patible devices with Bluetooth connectivity. To connect with a device, you
will also need a password of 1-16 numeric characters. The first time you try
to connect the devices, you must enter the password. Once the devices are
connected, you will not need to use the password again, so there is no need
to remember it.
