in case of very low temperatures or by lack
of electrical power it may not protect the
installation against freezing.
This protective function cannot
be the only protection against
freezing of the CH installation.
Other methods should be used.
The controller manufacturer is
not responsible for any damages
related to this.
16.3 Preventive cooling
Using this function, the controller attempts to
cooling down the boiler before entering
permanent boiler overheating alarm.
16.4 Pump anti standstill function
The controller does the function of CH, HUW
and mixer pumps protection against getting
stale. It consists of a periodic switching on
(each 167 h for several seconds). This
protects the pump against immobilization
due to scaling. Therefore, during a break in
the boiler operation, the controller supply
should be connected and the controller
should be put into STOP mode.
17 Replacement of components
17.1 Fuse replacement
Replacement of the fuse may
only be performed by an
authorized
person with
precautions related to the risk of
electric shock.
The mains fuse is located under the
controller housing cover. It protects the
controller and other equipment. In case of
replacement, use 6,3 A / 230 VAC, 5x20 mm
ceramic time fuse.

In order to take out the fuse, raise the fuse
holder using flat-blade screwdriver and take
out the fuse.
17.2 Software replacement
Program replacement can be done using the
ecoLINK2 interface connected to the G2
controller socket.
The software may only be replaced
by an authorized person with
precautions related to the risk of
electric shock. Do not connect the
power supply with the terminal box
unscrewed.
