Film stripper

IR film break sensor

The pad shoe holds the film on the sprocket.

On combined sprockets the pad shoe can be changed from 70 mm to 35 mm film

format or vice versa.

The film stripper prevents broken film from being wound up around the sprocket.

With the handle you can open the pad shoe to thread the film.

The stop ball holds the open pad shoe in position, so you can easily thread the film.

NOTE

Changing a sprocket and/or pad shoe, see chapter 6.4.

Adjusting the distance between pad shoe and sprocket, see chapter 6.4.

Adjusting the film break sensor, see chapter 6.4.

Changing the pad shoe for 35 mm or 70 mm film, see chapter 3.2.8.
