Maintenance
This chapter describes the maintenance of this product, including cleaning and calibration.
Cleaning the dust filter
Dust filters are installed on the inside of the louver on the front panel.
Clean the filters regularly to prevent them from clogging.
Removing the dust filter

Remove the lower louver from the panel.

Remove the upper louver in the same manner as mentioned in Step 1 .

Remove the dust filter from the inside of each louver.
The hooks on the louvers have retaining protrusions. Remove the dust filter from the louver
gradually not to let the filter get caught in the protrusions.

Clean the dust filter.
Use a vacuum cleaner to dispose of the dust and foreign particles that are attached to the dust
filters. If the filter is extremely dirty, clean it using water-diluted neutral detergent, and dry it
completely.
WARNING Risk of electric shock. Before cleaning this product, be sure to turn off the POWER
switch.
CAUTION
• A clogged dust filter may result in inadequate cooling in this product, causing malfunctions
or reducing service life.
• When this product is in operation, air is sucked through the dust filter to cool the inside of
the device. If moisture is present in the dust filter, the temperature or humidity inside this
product increases and may cause malfunctions.
