Keywest Technology’s “no-worry” warranty program is called TotalCARE
®
. TotalCARE
®
coverage includes hardware, software and 24/7 support for one year after date of purchase for
any Signage or Broadcast hardware. Software only purchases are governed by a separate End
User’s License Agreement. Extended warranty agreements can be purchased up to five years
total.
All MediaXtreme Broadcast and Digital Signage products can be diagnosed and maintained
remotely through an IP connection. A broadband connection is required.
Support includes telephone, instant messaging, live chat (via our web site), email, and interactive
WebEx support and on-going training.
Keywest Technology, Inc. warrants all Keywest Technology products to be free from defects in
material and workmanship for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. At its
option, Keywest Technology will repair or replace at no charge any Keywest Technology
product which proves to be defective within such warranty period. This limited warranty shall
not apply if the product has been damaged by unreasonable use, accident, negligence, service or
by any other causes unrelated to defective materials or workmanship.
The standard warranty period may be increased by purchase of warranty extensions as offered by
Keywest Technology, Inc.
To receive in-warranty service, a defective product must be identified to Keywest Technology no
later than 30-days after the end of the warranty period. The product must be accompanied by
proof of date satisfactory to Keywest Technology and by a Return Material Authorization
Number (RMA) issued by Keywest Technology. For an RMA number and the location of the

. Any product returned
to Keywest Technology must be packaged securely using the original packing materials (unless
previously waived). Keywest Technology recommends insurance for replacement value as
Keywest Technology assumes no liability for any loss or damage occurring during shipment.
Except for the stated warranty above, Keywest Technology makes no other warranties, expressed
or implied, with respect to the Keywest Technology products. All implied warranties, including
those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited to the duration of the
expressed warranty set forth above.
The limited warranty set forth above constitutes the sole and exclusive remedy of the original
purchaser with respect to any defective Keywest Technology product and is in lieu of all other
obligations or liabilities of Keywest Technology. In no event shall Keywest Technology be held
liable for any costs of procurement of substitute goods, loss of profits, or any consequential,
