incidental, and/or other damages of any kind resulting from a breach of any applicable express or
implied warranty, breach of any obligation arising from a breach of warranty, or otherwise with
respect to the manufacture and sale of any Keywest Technology product, whether or not
Keywest Technology has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage. This limited
warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights who may also have other rights that vary from
state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranty durations and/or do not
allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages.
Keywest Technology Repair and Exchange Policy
Within 14-days of date of purchase, Keywest Technology will exchange defective units at no
cost to the customer. Keywest Technology technicians and engineers may authorize RMA for
exchange under this clause only after reasonable technical support efforts to resolve the issue and
the problem is deemed not at user negligence. Units within 15-days to 30-days of date of
purchase may be exchanged or repaired at Keywest Technology’s discretion. Units within 31-
days to one year of date of purchase will repair or exchange the unit under warranty (see
warranty statement for details) at its discretion. Any product outside of warranty period will be
processed as non-warranty repair.
Documentation
Every reasonable effort has been made to ensure that Keywest Technology product manuals and
promotional materials accurately describe Keywest Technology product specifications and
capabilities at the time of publication. However, because of ongoing improvements and
development, Keywest Technology cannot guarantee the accuracy of printed materials after the
date of publication and disclaims any liability for changes, errors or omissions.

FREE for the warranty period of your Keywest Technology product including telephone
technical support at 800-331-2019 (USA) or +01-913-492-4666 outside of the United States and
Canada. Extended coverage is available for a nominal fee. The TotalCARE® Support Center is
open from 12:00 AM Mondays to 11:59 PM Fridays USA Central Time (GMT -6) excluding
holidays. 24/7/365 after hours, weekend, and holiday support is available by several means—
follow the recorded messages posted at the normal TotalCare® phone numbers for assistance. In
addition, Keywest Europe and Keywest Asia are available during regional business hours.
