Multi-Head AUDIO Appendix
1.
Connect a keyboard, and mouse to the player. Ensure you can see at least monitor 1.
2.
Restart the player to recognize the keyboard and mouse
3.
Stop the MX A software by hitting the ESC key on the keyboard
4.
Open MY COMPUTER and Browse to the C Drive
5.
Open MXPLAYER>APPLICATION>SETTINGS
6.
Open SETTINGS.INI
7.
Locate the AUDIO section of the INI file; Locate SPEAKER MODE and set it to
SPEAKER MODE=1.1
8.
Save and close the file; close open windows
9.
In the System Tray, locate the REALTEK HD AUDIO MANAGER icon (small brownish
speaker icon); Open the Audio Manager
10.
Select the AUDIO I/O Tab and ensure the speaker mode is set to 6 Channels (5.1); Hit
OK and close
That should set the player up…the last step is to connect your audio to the speakers or
distribution system:
Connector #7 in the Drawing is the Left and Right Front Speaker Output
Connector #9 is the Left and Right Rear Speaker Output
The channels output in this configuration:
Front Left = 1st Schedule
Fright Right = 2nd Schedule
Rear Left = 3rd Schedule
Rear Right = 4th Schedule
