Keysight

N4374B Lightwave Component Analyzer, User’s Guide

6 If you have electrical components, such as RF cables,

waveguide or other adapters, or probe heads, between the
output port and your device under test, open and enable the
RF Path Deembedding.

Enter or select the file.

If you are using a 75

minimum loss pad, enable the RF Path

Deembedding, and make sure 75 Ohm is selected.

Enter or select the file with the characterisation of the
minimum loss pad.

7 Click

to start the measurement preparation.
