Changing the Orientation of the Device Guide and Electrode Plate

If the DUT size does not fit any frame in the attached device guide, prepare a 

suitable frame using the supplied blank device guide. For details, see 

“Working 

with Device Guide”

.

An excessively large gap between the DUT and device guide frame will 

result in contact failure between the DUT and electrode, or poor 

measurement accuracy or repeatability. Be sure to select a device guide 

frame that fits the DUT configuration.
