Remove the level detection
Unscrew both screws (TX25).
Pull the probe out with bracket.
Repeat the procedure for the second probe.
Remove the lockable cover and slide-in flap housing
Open both quick-release closures.
Remove the cover with motor.
Pull out the slide-in flap housing with backwater flap.
Check the backflow preventer:
Check whether the backflow preventer closes com-
pletely. To do this, try operating the flap and listen for a
"plop” sound.
Check seals for damage.
Clean the backflow preventer if it is soiled, replace it if
it is worn.
Check the pump, clean if necessary
Dismantle the intake cage with macerator (TX 20).
Check the shaft behind the impeller for foreign bodies,
clean if necessary.
Clear the ventilation pipe.
Check the cutting blades on the shaft and cutting plate
in the spiral housing for wear and replace if necessary
(see accessories set 28075, follow the enclosed installa-
tion instructions EBA no. 010-006 on centring the cutting
blade!).
