Disassembly, Disposal
9.1
Safety
Be sure to observe all safety instructions listed in the chapter Security!
(See Chapter 2 Security on page 10)
9.2
Dismantling
Before the disassembly begins:
•
Turn off the machine and secure it against re-switching.
•
Physically disconnect the entire power supply from the machine, discharge
stored residual energies.
•
Remove operating and auxiliary materials as well as remaining processing
materials and dispose of them in an environmentally friendly manner.
Subsequently, professionally clean assemblies and components and disassemble
them in compliance with applicable local occupational health and safety
regulations.
9.3
Disposal
Unless a return or disposal agreement has been concluded, decomposing
components will be recycled:
•
Scrap metals.
•
Give plastic elements for recycling.
•
Dispose of other components sorted by material quality.
Caution
Danger to the environment due to incorrect disposal!
Incorrect disposal can create risks to the environment.
•
Have electrical waste, electronic components, lubricants and other
excipients disposed of by approved specialist companies.
•
In case of doubt, obtain information on environmentally sound disposal
from the local authority or special waste disposal companies.
