Maintenance after 20 operating hours / longer downtime
Risk
Danger of life or injury due to a machine in operation!
Due to a machine in operation, there is a risk of life or injury, as well as a risk of
damage to the machine or plant!

Before maintenance work, the machine must be disconnected from the
power supply and secured against re-entry. To do this, turn off and unplug
the battery circuit breaker.
The planning, execution and documentation of audits must be carried out in
accordance with the applicable regulations and laws.
In order to ensure safe operation of the machine, the safety devices must be
tested:
Lubrication points
Staff:

Private and commercial operators
Protective equipment:
•
Occupational health and safety clothing
•
Protective gloves
•
Protective goggles
•
At regular intervals and at the beginning and end of the season, the moving
parts of the device must be greased or oiled.
•
Clean air filters no later than 20 hours of operation and in very dusty
conditions after a few hours
•
Replace air filters if they are very dirty or damaged.
