The planning, execution and documentation of tests must be carried out in
accordance with the valid regulations and laws by the operator.
In order to ensure safe operation of the machine, the safety devices must be
tested:
The following things have to be checked daily on the machine:
•
Before each use, the safety elements and moving parts must be checked for
wear.
•
Check the engine oil level before each start-up.
• Check air filters for dirt, blow out from the inside out or replace it if it is heavily
soiled or damaged (see Chapter 7.5 Clean Air Filters on page 48).
• Check chain tension (see Chapter 7.7 Adjust Chain Tension on page 51).
•
Perform a test run before each use.
• Clean the machine after each operation (see Chapter 7.9 Cleaning Machine on
