Focus does not penetrate cervical mucous membrance yet, can see many round
protuberances in cervical surface like cockscomb. Pathologic result is vaginal adenosis of
cervix.

Diagnose Opinion: mixed type of vulvar dystrophy
The skin of labium majus gets incrassation and apophysis, pigmentation increases, skin
gauffer deepens, prepuce of clitoris and labium minus gets atropy, pigment lets down, bad
elasticity. Can see not only hyperplastic change but also atrophic change,so called mixed
type of vulva dystrophy.
